Helena Mankowska, a Polish actress, gained international recognition as a face model for Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village. She also appeared in short films, music videos, and commercials, and was a stunt double for Milla Jovovich in Paradise Hills. Born in Poland, she studied acting under renowned coaches Mel Churcher and Clare Davidson. Helena graduated from London's Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2020 and currently resides in Barcelona. She is also working as a fashion and lingerie model as well as advocating for causes close to her heart, such as raising money for children in Poland.
Lady Dimitrescu, a vampire-like noblewoman in Resident Evil Village, governs the Eastern European village with her three daughters. She is the major antagonist. Following the game's release, Lady Dimitrescu gained international popularity, attracting fan-driven art, cosplay, memes, and erotica. In 2018, Polish actress Helena Mankowska was chosen as the face model, connecting with fans worldwide. Helena has spent most of her time since then making public appearances as Lady D, both in person at major comics conventions and exclusive events.
